Even before the seminar begins, you can identify your personal behavioral preferences by creating your personal Everything DiSC Workplace profile. You will learn to better understand your reactions and practice responding to others through case studies and role plays. Then you consciously use your strengths and collaboration improves.

To use

After the seminar you will be able to adapt better to others. The risk of “talking past each other” is reduced. Collaboration improves because each other's wishes are understood more quickly. Your own behavior is adapted depending on the dialogue partner, from which both sides benefit.
