For many years we at VOSS PARTNER have been using the DISC model very successfully in our work at and with our customers. As an exclusive license partner of John Wiley & Sons, Inc. for more than 15 years and one of the largest DiSC providers in Germany, we train trainers and certify them as DiSC trainers.
But what makes DiSC so successful?
We think it's the clarity, simplicity, global presence, number of users, recognition and, last but not least, the digital offering of a wide variety of DiSC profiles.
In recent years, DiSC has been further developed into a modern, fast and at the same time easy to learn and implement personality model. The possible uses are diverse: DiSC has very good and useful applications in sales, personnel development and procurement and of course also in daily management and team work.

We realize that many people hear "DiSC" and don't know exactly what it is and what it's good for (conversely, if they know about DiSC, they may not understand the history and validity behind it). With that in mind, let's talk about the theory of "DiSC" - explained in a way that is clear, thoughtful and concise. Who says the basics have to be boring?
DiSC® is a personal development learning experience that measures an individual's preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model. But what is the DiSC® model? The DiSC® model is a simple but powerful model that describes four basic behavioral styles: D, i, S and G, and serves as the foundation for every single Everything DiSC application.
D: Dominant
i: initiative
S: Steady
G: Conscientious
Each is a mix of all four DiSC styles - usually one, two or even three styles stand out. Each person has a unique behavioral profile with different styles and priorities - no style is better or worse than the other. We believe these differences in style can be extremely valuable. Once you value these differences and leverage their value, better workplace communication AND healthier organizations become possible. Seems easy, right? That's it too. But it's not simple.
Here's why:
DiSC has been researched and analyzed for over 40 years. In fact, the DISC Klassich profile in paper form from WILEY was the first DiSC assessment ever! As technology has evolved, DiSC has also evolved. Our online DiSC assessments use the most advanced assessment method (adaptive testing) and sophisticated algorithms to quickly analyze a person's answers and provide the most accurate feedback possible. The profile translates these assessment results into a personalized narrative that is both actionable and memorable. All of our Everything DiSC personality assessments are application-oriented, so the feedback is presented to you as an executive, manager, individual contributor or salesperson.

The DiSC trainer certification
By taking part in the DiSC® trainer certification, you will gain the competence to use the DiSC profile in a targeted manner in your training, coaching and personnel selection.
With the Everything DiSC® products you expand your portfolio with a tool that is used worldwide, scientifically proven and recognized in the industry.
Thanks to the adaptive testing procedure with individually tailored online questionnaires, your participants receive an individual result that they can use. The individual, easy-to-understand report quickly helps with self-assessment and contains instructions for better understanding and dealing with each other. As a trainer, you support the participants in finding out how they can make working together more efficient and productive.
During the DiSC trainer certification you will receive extensive material with which you can start your training/coaching immediately after receiving your certificate.

Use of the DiSC profiles
You can send the access codes to the DiSC profile directly with your personal branding via the EPIC platform (Electronic Profile Information Center). Billing is based on your needs and there is no minimum purchase. This means that the costs for you remain dependent on your use and can be calculated for you.
